Contact and emergency service

Under More › Contact and emergency service you will find everything you need to reach your property manager:

• Emergency service: numbers for emergencies such as a burst pipe, a heating failure or a lift that has got stuck – also outside office hours. You can see your property manager's general emergency services and those for your building. The home page refers to them under Emergency?.
• Your property manager: phone number, email address and office hours.
• Your contact persons: the contact persons for your flat.

If you tick Urgent when submitting a request, the form also shows the emergency services and contact persons.

All details are maintained by your property manager. If a number is missing, ask about it through a request.

Legal notice, data protection, terms of use

You can reach your property manager's Legal notice, privacy notice (Data protection) and Terms of use via the i icon at the top, via the links at the bottom of the Contact and emergency service page and – without signing in – via the links at the bottom of the sign-in page. If your property manager has not yet provided a text, a notice with your property manager's phone number and email address is shown there – you can obtain the details directly from them. If you use the portal in another language and your property manager has only provided the text in German, you will see the German version with a notice – the German version always prevails. If the portal is unavailable

Your property manager can close the portal temporarily, for example for maintenance work. Signing in is then not possible, and every page shows only a notice – with the property manager's contact details and the emergency services. Your data is kept; as soon as the portal is open again, sign in as usual. You will then receive any notifications that arose in the meantime bundled in one email.
