Help · Requests
Submitting a request
Send damage, a question or a complaint to your property manager, with photos.
How to submit a request
- Tap Submit a request (on the home page or in the Requests area).
- Under What is it about?, choose the matching type, for example Damage / repair or General enquiry.
- Under Concerning, choose your flat – or Building in general, for example for the stairwell, cellar or lift.
- Summarise your request briefly and describe it. Above the Description field you will see questions that match the type you chose (for damage, for example, “Since when? Is water leaking? When can you be reached?”) – if you answer them, your property manager will need to ask you fewer questions.
- Optional: state the room or location (tapping Bathroom, Kitchen … fills in the field), tick Urgent, attach photos or a voice note.
- Tap Send request. You will then immediately see the status of your report, see Following up a request.
Contact person and known faults
At the top of the form you will see Your contact person at your property manager with phone number and email address – on a mobile phone you can start the call by tapping the number. If you tick Urgent, the portal reminds you to phone as well.
If there is a known fault in your building (for example “Lift out of order”), it also appears at the top: your property manager is already dealing with it, so there is no need to report it again.
Photos, documents and voice note
You can send up to six attachments: photos (JPEG, PNG; photos from an iPhone are converted automatically), PDF documents and one voice note. To do this, tap Select photos or files; next to it you will see how many files are selected, and below it a preview.
- Photos are reduced in size before sending. In the process, the portal removes location data (GPS), device details and other hidden information from the image – your property manager sees only the image itself.
- Voice note: Tap Start recording, speak, and tap Stop recording (two minutes at most). The first time, the browser asks for access to the microphone.
- PDF documents may also be documents you have downloaded from the portal – for example your statement if you have a question about it. Your property manager receives the attachment like any other document.
- Per file: photos at most 15 MB, PDF documents at most 20 MB, voice note at most 10 MB. Together, the attachments may be no larger than 60 MB.
- Your property manager stores the attachments in its own system; in the portal they are deleted 90 days later and then no longer appear in the history.
Limits
To keep the portal reliable, you can send at most 10 new requests, 50 messages and 40 attachments per day. If you need more, phone your property manager.
In addition, you can only send a few transfers with attachments at the same time – at most three, for example on several devices at once. If the portal reports "Several transfers from you are already running", wait a moment and then send again.
