Appointments and notices
See meter readings, servicing and meetings and add them to your own calendar; notices, faults and the noticeboard.
Appointments
Under Appointments and notices (and on the home page under Upcoming appointments) you can see what your property manager has announced for your flat or your building: meter readings, servicing, site visits, meter replacements, appointments with tradespeople and owners' meetings – with the time, place and, for meetings, a note about online participation where applicable. If Access to the flat required is shown, someone must be at home or make the flat accessible; what needs to be prepared is shown in the note below.
Add to calendar downloads a calendar file that you can add to the calendar on your smartphone or computer with a tap. If an appointment is cancelled, it is crossed out and marked as cancelled.
Handover of the flat
When you move out or in, your property manager plans a joint handover. It appears under Appointments and notices and under What needs to be done?:
- Pre-move-out inspection: a joint viewing before you move out. You discuss what still needs to be done before you move out (for example decorative repairs (Schönheitsreparaturen) or removing fixtures you installed).
- Handover (move-out): please hand back the flat cleared out and bring all keys – including those for the cellar, letterbox and other rooms. The meter readings are taken together and recorded in the report.
- Handover (move-in): you receive the keys. The meter readings and the condition of the flat are recorded together in the handover report.
Please be present or send someone you have authorised. If the date does not suit you, contact your property manager in good time. Once the handover has taken place or been cancelled, the appointment disappears.
Photos of your flat before moving out
With the confirmation of your notice of termination, your property manager often asks for photos of the flat. The photos help to assess its condition and prepare the handover. An entry under What needs to be done? leads to the page Photos of your flat:
- one wide-angle photo per room, ideally taken from a corner,
- kitchen as well as bathroom and WC (sanitary facilities),
- known defects or damage, ideally also close up.
Tap Select photos, choose the photos and send them with Send photos. JPEG, PNG and WebP are allowed; the page shows how many photos are possible at a time and in total. Location data and device details are removed before sending. Under Your uploads you can see whether your property manager has accepted the photos. You can still use the link in your property manager's letter – both channels count together. At most 20 submissions are possible per day. Once the deadline has passed, the page can only be read.
Notices and faults
Notices (for example about cleaning the stairwell) and faults (such as a broken lift) appear at the top of the home page and here for as long as they apply. Faults are highlighted in yellow. You do not need to report a fault that is already known again – your property manager is dealing with it.
Noticeboard
Under More › Noticeboard you will find all of your property manager's notices for your building: notices, faults, announced servicing and information. Some notices are only for tenants, only for owners or for the administrative committee – you see the ones that are meant for you. Announced notices appear up to 14 days before they apply. If your property manager has attached the notice as a PDF, you can open it with Notice as PDF. Notices that have expired or been withdrawn by the property manager remain under Earlier notices for one year.
